2) You're a renaissance woman.
3) Funny that we both linked to each others' blogs today.
4) My parents didn't get married until I was 12.

Rachel- Yes! I like your parents so much (I guess because you do?), that makes me happy to have them as later in life marriage role models.

Amy- I agree. I hover over almost every comment wishing I could click a "like".

yes to this post! in my mid-20's i buckled down to have a simple by-line. happily, i woke up just before 30 and realized my truth is way more circuitous... and fun. and really, really tiring sometimes :)

Hilaree

Thank you so much for detailing your thoughts on this, Natalie! I may need to print it out and read it every day. I too yearn for a simplified path but I have way too many interests for that. How wonderful to realize that loving and living a change-filled life actually may be the path. Such freedom in being ourselves. Who knows what we may do next?!

Natalie

Lea- fun and circuitous and tiring. Well that sure sounds like the truth! Just think how much harder it would have been to swim up that other stream. I hazard to say it would be a lot more tiring. :) Good thing we figured it out!

Natalie

Hilaree- You're welcome! I agree, I think if you had one major interest your life, by default, would be pretty darn simplified. But alas, we can't toss our genuine interests aside, or our genuine selves for that matter!
